We have installed two Nuvo P100 music servers in a clients home. They are in two different parts of the house (gym, family room), but share the same LAN, app login info, etc.
Our client streams Pandora and SiriusXM off the internet and streams iTunes locally from their Mac through the servers.
Issue is - all three services cut in/out on both servers at all times of day and night - everyday.
When we have gone out to troubleshoot the system works perfectly for us. No issues at all...
One would think it's do to poor download speed, but they're getting 30Mbps down - Plenty for streaming audio.
What we've done:
Sent Nuvo logs to Nuvo support - No issues to point at there. Replaced the Gigabit switch Factory reset and did a TLV flash of both units Reentered all system login info, etc. Checked all wiring (cat6 home runs to common switch to router to modem) T/W modem and Apple Extreme router working fine
We even loaded up the LAN by playing both servers, all AppleTVs, streamed netflix off the laptop, etc. and had no issues - not a burp...
Question: is there a network monitor that we can run in the background so that when he says this issue happened at 7am in the gym we can check the network logs and see if there was an issue/traffic on the LAN that could have brought it down or slowed it down...?
