Good catch. You'll have to learn the command from the factory remote. Since URC can't show the hex code, you can't very well send the command to URC for them to fix their database. Too bad.
I found the EXIT command for the DirecTV HR25 doesn't work, either, but luckily that was early on. And do you suppose they're going to be able to fix it?
Is there a path with URC for the database to be corrected?
