It's a shame the Ipad, iphone have to be programmed individually as their own remotes. The time spent alone programming each of those graphics heavy remotes from a whole house system (lets say 4 rooms with TV and audio, and an outside zone 2) is worth upgrading the client to TC just for the saving costs.
