I am in CT. The problem lies more within the liability. Having guys on the job site that are their on my behalf either have to be on my payroll and covered under my insurance or provide their own insurance. Even if working unpaid. However I am looking for an experienced tech to hire. Your schedule wouldn't make it possible for us even if you had the experience. I do wish you good luck though. Hopefully you find someone willing to have to come in and help out/learn that is a bit more up your way.
