Hey guys,

Installed a system consisting of A Russound C5 controller and DMS3.1 Media Streamer.

The system works great, but the customer is having issues. I've had to do a reboot three times over two months. It appears as though the units are losing their Network connection.
Checked to be sure the router is DHCP enabled. There are no other reported issues with the Network.

I'm wondering if these units need to have a static IP address assigned to each. I've checked the manuals and they don't talk about that at all.

We have 2 other same set ups and so far no other complaints.

Any ideas?
