I just did an install of of one these with an 2.4:1 screen. IIRC, there was not a discrete for the buttons you requested. Instead, user presets had to be set (and the user presets could define ana a,b,off and screen zoom, etc). Or one would have to push the lens memory button to access any of the features. Is this what you are running into?
