Why doesn't it occur to people to call the manufacturer, especially when it's someone like Sonance who specializes in CI products?
Because it is not usually fun or helpful at times with some companies. Besides, we like dealing with you Ernie. These forums are most helpful. It gives us something to do(forums) on our smart phones or tablets while at lunch or sitting on the bowl. Many no longer purchase the newspaper.
