Have just purchased a house with Sonance K2 keypads and need to reprogram them. I have the Navigator software but don't have a programming cable and haven't had any success in building a cable.

Can someone confirm that the 3 pin plug has the pinouts 3,5,_,2 (where _ indicates the blanked pin position)? Are the other pins on the DB9 left not connected (ie without handshaking) or do I need to connect 1,4&6 and 7&8 pins for loopback handshaking?

The other potential issue could be the baud rate and serial settings - can someone confirm that 9600 baud and 8/N/1 will work? Or what should I be using?

Any other suggestions or ideas are most welcome
