And to say that soccer has more action than a football game is laughable. How many legitimate shots on goal during a match? 13. So if your idea of a bunch of pretty boy winers running around for 90 mins and only seeing 13 shots on net is not my idea of fun to watch.
Bashing aside, I do respect their athleticism and stamina. I've enjoyed watching some of the matches this cup but flopping around like a fish out of water makes it really tough to love.
I am a soccer fan, have been all my life. I as most fans hat the flopping as well. They and hockey players are some of the best conditioned athletes on the planet.
I also love American football, but it is tough to argue that most of the game nothing is actually happening...
