Probably nobody. When you basically work by the hour, there's no profit at all in risking voiding a warranty to see what's messed up inside of a chassis.

I called s**p to ask for a refund, FedEx is picking it up next week so they* can "investigate" BTW i sat on hold for 10 minutes before the receptionist picked up...Maybe they should stop watching F(#*@&^ soccer and answer the phones...[Link: facebook.com]

*Unclear pronoun reference. When I first read this, I wondered why the hell FedEx would be investigating a loose ground.

We thought they were great, but we didn't realize that they were actually too good to be true. Too bad.
