MX-3000, MX-850 and the rest of the total control line of products use to be retail line. I see your nickname is SysIntegration, I take it your an integrator? People, he is exactly the type of person you will have to pay when URC decides to change your product to dealer only supported.

Consumers, do yourself a favor and stay away from URC.

Google searches will verify what I'm saying. This web site has numerous threads about this issue. Thousand of customers lost support for the Total Control products when URC switched direction. The MX-850 is still available today but as a dealer only product. You now have to pay a dealer anytime you add a piece of equipment like an HDTV to your remote. URC and their dealers can get mad about me telling the truth, but potential buyers need to know their business practices.
