The MX450 will quickly have you tearing your hair out. It programs on the remote itself, not via software. It's a time consuming, pain in the butt feat on a moderately large system. With a matrix switcher in the mix, you will be cursing it quickly. As Duct Tape said, you are much better off with a PC programmable remote. If you can find a local dealer to help you out, it would be best. Just remember that it is up to the dealer whether they will supply the software, so they do not have to. Ask nice and be polite and I bet you'll find someone local willing to help. Good luck.
