How do I accomplish this? I try clicking on a button, selecting program, IR Database, select custom, and then choose the relevant command, ensure repeats is adjusted down, and then drag and drop it onto the correct button, save, close the IR database view, and download, but it makes no difference. The TV turns on and off 3 times when I try to use the power button, and the volume on any device is comical to watch. Tap the button once, and it flies up or down to either end of the spectrum. I have to hold my hand over the end of the remove to get anything done.

Sorry, I am a novice with this software, but it just seems to be missing obvious options. It seems that the default for any button press is to send out repeat signals spasmodically, and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust repeats.
