I am a little curious about this myself. I will strap an rftx-1 into the input slot of a mrx-1/2 (of course this input is designed for the rfx-250).

I am not sure why you don't just get an rfx-250 and plug it into the designed slot into the mrx-1 and add a new base station to your mx500 in CCP. I currently have one talking to 4 different base stations (base stations that are also taking tcp/ip commands from the MRX-10).

Are you just trying to avoid buying one more part or is this actually a technical question about how you get your ipad/mx5000 to talk to all of your gear?
