Hey, I was out of town when this thread was started. I just wanted to point out that we developed and delivered the Image Pull feature as a FREE firmware update that works on every 2G/2G+ device ever shipped (all the way back to 2010). Anybody with an existing Just Add Power 2G/2G+ system can take advantage of this feature at no extra cost (besides the billable CI programming services to integrate the new features into the UI).

There are several examples of this being used by dealers including a really cool demo of an RTI implementation of Image Pull at a Bowling Alley listed on our Facebook page at [Link: facebook.com] . There is even a demo of Image Pull showing snapshots on an RTI handheld remote.
