I don't think you can get the on screen TV guide, on a TV from OTA anymore.
My Pioneer stopped showing it a long time ago.
My understanding is that the majority of sets used TVGOS (TV guide on screen) service from Rovi. This has been stopped for some time.
The station info does appear for many channels.

If you want a TV guide, you may have to do what I just did. Pick up a Channel Master DVR+, gives you guide and PVR functions. Works very much like a cable or Sat box, but for OTA.
