I sent a email to JBL. They said in an email they were busy and get back to me.
No reaching them by phone.

Sad really. Just about as bad as RTI tech support. called at 10:00am and I get a call back on my voice mail at 6:00pm.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.
