I swear that I contacted Netflix a year or two ago for the same problem. Though I figured it out by putting the Digital out to ON and not AUTO. But this time it doesn't work.
Though I have gone from ATV2 to ATV3. (Yes I know, I still have the ATV2 and waiting for it to be able to be jail broken. But it's on the latest software, I know stupid move.)
