I just worked on some network issues for one of those, today. Are you using AirPlay? Don't bother- it won't work. I wasted a shitload of time on it- good thing I like her.

I called one of my suppliers and when I called later, she said Brett from URC was there during the first call- he said the iPhone/iPad app for URC controllers lost all of the Jump To pages, so they had to do a major update to fix what Apple screwed up.

Something else you're gonna freaking hate- Denon eliminated the Save and Load buttons from the IP Setup page, so we now need to make notes of all of the settings. Effing tired of this crap!

Make sure the IP address is in the correct range for the router- when I showed up this AM, I saw the receiver's address and it was 192.168.1.119, instead of 192.168.0.xxx and I could still control it with my laptop. Now that it's in the correct address range, I can't see the AirPlay icon on my iPhone or laptop.

I told Denon to get their shit together. CI support was closed until 1:30 EST and I called at 12:30 EST. They also close at 5PM. How useful, for us.

Knowing that Gold went up a few K makes me think "well now I have to do a better job on selling more equipment".
