Hmmm... you had to make the cuts with the Rev A. screen ? I didn't know that was necessary. From Aaron's description, it was the Rev. G screen that needed the cutouts for some other electronic components. Then again, maybe I had my Rev. A crunched in there more than I should have ?

Dunno.. it seemed to fit fine for me. I too am still undecided on what to do. I'm really not even sure that my remote is plagued with the same bad screen that everyone else complains about recently. Seeing as how this is my first Pronto, and the only one I have to compare it to... I think I will run up to my usual A/V store and check out their RC5000 remote they have. I'm sure it is brand new, and should exhibit the poor screen people talk about. Then I can compare that screen to my Pronto in hand, and even see if my remote is a bunk one or not. Considering my remote came with a Rev. B screen in it, I dunno... maybe the Rev. G screen is that much better. !?!?
