If I have them in a rack with a distributed video system, they are on a scheduler to power cycle them once a week. I have also found that my wireless one in my house needs to be rebooted about once a week. It will show that it is connected to the network. I can look through my movies on my computer, but it never loads a movie. Quick reboot fixes the problem.

You can do a macro that is menu, menu menu, menu, right, right right, right, right, down select, down down down down down down down down down down down select, to get it to reboot. Make sure you move the settings app right below the computers app. The only problem is when they do an update and add a category to the settings, then it wont work. I have done this in my house, and it seems to been working for the past 6 months.

The other options is to show your clients how to reboot them in the menu, or throw in the small watt box IP piece and have it reboot every night at 3am.
