I am planning to build a new home. I am looking to find the best control system for my need and rough estimate on hardware + programming.

2 zones with independent cable tv, streaming music on 5.1 audio
4 zones with independent cable tv , streaming music
3 zones with streaming music only
1 dedicated home theater with 10+ sources.

-two feedback on controllers.
-able to control hvac, lights.
-stream surveillance cameras to controllers.
-1 controller per zone, either wireless or on-wall.

I am familiar with URC CCP. I have been using MX-6000s and MSC-400 all around my current house. They can do pretty much everything I need but two way support and feedback is weak. I hear Creston has modules for pretty much anything and has true two way feedback even on rs-232 devices.
