To use URC ccp remotes with Lutron wireless products you need to use their RadioRA2 products. The only way to talk to them is through the main repeater via RS232 or IP. It won't work via IR. Which means you can only use products like the MSC400, MRX2 w/iPad/iPhone/Andriod app. Or the MX5000 or MX6000 which I would not recommend.

Or you could use Total Control, which I would strongly recommend because the 2 way module will save you tons of programming time.

The only way to use inexpensive Lutron products with basic URC RF remotes is to get dimmers, switches, etc.. with ir receivers and bug the front of them. Or for a grafik eye use the grx-iri. Which is old school and is a waste of time in my opinion.

Legality aside, you "could" do the Lutron Spacer switches with an emitter inside the box on the back of the switch.
