under your services page; for premier support plan; it reads:

-Up to 2 service visits (up to 2 hours each) per month included

I'm guessing its supposed to say per year. Just a heads up.

Actually it is correct. That is one of the differences between our basic plan and our premier plan. We wanted to include enough in the premier plan so the customer wouldn't really have to worry about if they still have included visits left, but also needed to put some sort of limit on it. The plan does only cover the installed equipment (does not include installing new equipment) so its not like anyone would actually need that many visits.

The plans are new and I am still working on getting the contract paperwork together, so we will see how it all turns out.
