I am confused as well. So the power supply brick needed to be reset? Unplugging power from the back of the xbox will remove all voltage from it. Seriously. I could see that unplugging the brick from the wall for a few seconds would not be enough to completely power cycle the Xbox. Residual voltage might cause issues. But I do not understand how the xbox will not reset properly when you unplug the power cord from the back of it.

And how hard was the power cord to get to? Pics? :) Have a good weekend?
