I'm sure y'all know this, I'm not a gamer so I didn't. If you do an update, then it then won't recognize wired or wireless Internet, unplug it from the WALL not the unit itself. The brick power supply still has power and that makes a differance. 30 seconds unplugged from the wall fixed the issue . Cord in wall was hard to get to.
