We are starting to do auto reboots of any STBs at least every week. Most customers are just used to rebooting them. That is what they have had to do forever when it does not work. It has become second nature to people these days with their computers, phones, tablets, gaming systems, STBs, etc. Why should they continue to have to deal with it now that they have a new fancy control system? :)
