If i lived in a world where i only needed to use 1 application at a time..or only two or 3 then maybe Windows 8 would seem cool...but when you have 4 applications open while team-viewed into a remote PC that is running another 3 applications while trying to open spread sheets and diagrams that will help troubleshoot an old project while uploading firmware to a new project in the middle of your user interface redesign while trying to keep your time logged and respond to emails and what the hell just happened to the wifi and dammit is the printer off or do i need to reinstall the driver...my iPad is almost dead but my phone only has 5% so i have to make a choice between talking to the technician or remotely controlling the system from the iPad...and it isn't even 10AM yet...

Windows 7 for me for now. Glad they brought back the start button.
