I am using several of these on a project. would you have the discrete codes for speakers A on/off speakers B on/off. there is no button(s) for this on the factory remote. there is a button on the front panel to toggle Speakers A on, B on , A off , B off. would there even be IR codes?
There might be codes. Without knowing the exact model number of the unit you are working with, it is hard to tell you what does do / might exist. Whats your model #?
