I have a customer that has an AMX Max video server system and has broken all the remotes that come with the AVP players. I need to be able to control the players from a Universal Remote, but I contacted AMX and apparently they do not make the IR/Hex codes available, only the codes to control it using their system. Since the remotes are all broken, obviously I cannot learn them out of the remotes. Does anyone have or know where I can get IR/Hex codes to operate an AMX Max AVP? Any help would be greatly appreciated
