1-2 weeks in either march or april (usually related to tax season or the beginning of spring);

1-2 weeks in either may, june or july when we have our first very nice summer weather system (I know its Washington and people think it only rains...but we do occasionally get nice weather)

pre or post Labor day week depending on when schools start back up;

and occasionally a slow period end of October/early November usually the first big rain storm or two.
