Yeah we used to have zero work after Thanksgiving but that has changed for use recently. The lack of thaw has folks tired of breathing around here. We are still booked out for weeks but no new calls in a minute.

I am now over the initial panic and making good use of the down time.

Replenish stock (or just organize it)
Send Employees to training

I am marking my calendars from now on to plan for shutdown
