All the manufactures have problems and defects of some variety or another. No one really has it 100%.

It still takes a iTach rs232 to IP piece to use the NAD app. What a joke. 2014 and no network jack, but you build an iphone app? Get real. I'm not crazy about them on the whole. They feel lightweight and inexpensive like the Marantz receivers. If I am going to spend $1000 on a receiver, I'd like it to weigh more than 30 pounds.
