Long story, but I'm programming this remote for a system I will not see. That's why I want to be as accurate as possible with the codes.
Thanks,
On, Off, Tuner source, pre-sets and scanning up & down, TV, Volume + & -.

Thanks,

Here's my struggle. I have commands for the STR-DH100 and the STR-DH520. Both are stereo receivers. Using crutchfield, I was able to find large pictures of the remotes controls so I could read their model numbers. They are different.

The 100 uses RM-aau055
130 = RM-aau130
520 = RM-aau104

I learned the bd/dvd code from the 100 & 520 comparing the hex codes and dropping it into IRScrutinizer to see if they are part of the same code set. The codes are identical. Protocol Sony20. Device 16. Subdevice 40. Obc 22.

Normally I'd throw some hex codes up, as we all familiar with how the good manufactures (thank you Sony) don't rapidly change their code set (sometimes for decades). Because you won't be able to have access to the device, I feel a little more hesitant with this, because as usual, I would have to test the codes to be certain. And these are near models. The other challenge is that my code set in my DB has lots of codes for HDMI and triggers listed for these receivers, which clearly doesn't make any sense. Maybe they are just part of that same Sony code set that perhaps is shared with other Sony devices. So here's hoping these codes work for you and Sony didn't change their backend hex from the 100 to the 130.
