Is it just the one Dtv and DVD unit to both TV's? or is it a TV, DTV and DVD in each room?
I would look at a XP-3 with Bedroom TV, DVD on one IR port and 2nd room equipment on another then run the Sats on the IP or Run them on the IR ports with each room.
You will need the XP-6 and a RTI License for each ipad to be used..one for each room?
The sats will need to be connected to the network with the directv broadband kit, and the XP-3 or XP-6 will need to be connected to the same network
