Is the homeowner living in the house?
Is he renting it to someone?
What areas is he wanting to put these cameras in?
I ask because it's starting to sound like a slippery slope. If someone is being video taped without their knowledge and especially in an area that assumes privacy - this could be highly illegal and someone could get sued.
