When I did car audio, I thought about making something to cut 6x9 holes, but then I got a body panel saw and gave up.
I paid $50 for mine in the early '90s, but Harbor Fright as them for $19.99 and it looks like the same thing. I have used it A LOT. One of the best tools I have had. I also bought the HF version of the Fein Multi-Master and it more than paid for itself the first time I used it.
