Did you find any difference with these power toggle commands?, the only problem I seem to be having is that the power toggle is somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes it will power the system off and on and other times it wont, when it fails simply resending the command fixes the issue,and all other commands work without fail so I am certain that the IR flasher is positioned correctly. I am using a control4 system so I simply copied these commands in their hex format into the software, I did receive double hops at first but after lowering the repeat value to 1 (which was set as high as 5 on some of these commands) that problem was resolved.
