I can't find anything in their specs that states it's HDCP compliant, but the CI that first told me about it says it is. He's used at least 15 or 20 of them that I'm aware of, with no problems playing any content - or complaints from any of his customers :-)

I have one connected to my BluRay, but have never actually watched a movie on it :-) My other one is connected to a Roku 3, but I primarily use that for streaming my own collection.

I suggest springing for $80 to find out for yourself. Or, you can always go with the original (http://www.hdfury.com/), that DEFINITELY works with HDCP.
