I'm trying to help a friend out by making a couple changes to his MX6000 remote, I'm using the CCP program to try and download from the remote to my laptop, it starts to download and than I get download failed at 47% every time. I have tried 3 laptops (XP and Windows7) same problem.
Does it make a difference if the remote was programmed with CCP commercial or residential? I'm using the commercial now.
