Roger, on URC remotes you won't found discrete power commands mapped to the ON & OFF keys, ever. If code has them, you'll find it on one of the pages of the LCD, usually the last one.
If the vizio codes don't work, try Goldstar tv codes.
Not true. Many av receivers power discretes are mapped to the on/off keys.
