Hi There,
I have a new XP-6 that until today worked faultlessly. I had reason to cycle the power and now the status light stays solid red and I cant cannot to it using USB or IP. When I do a get firmware it returns ??.?? (bootloader 1.6).
Any help or advice appreciated as everything is running through this controller.
