I hate to bump an ancient thread but this is where the info is

I have a Sony smp-n200 and the remote has failed
There is a android app for it but this app does not have the ability to turn the device on since it uses WiFi

Currently I am using a trial version of a universal remote program just to turn the device on and off (i managed to get the old remote to beam a signal long enough to have it get learned)

I have a different remote app and it can accept codes in the "pronto hex format"

Are the discreet codes listed in this thread compatible with this pronto hex format?


If not is there a way to make them compatible?
