Now that I see all you have done, search this forum for 0022 0004 and you will find a trick to keep the software from converting the 0022 0002 into the short code for 900A. This has worked in the past on the 3000 series but not sure if it will work in all cases on the 7000 series.

You can also download a CCF (Classic Pronto Files Section). Specifically, there is one I always used that is for the RX-V900 or RX-V1000 that contains both normal and extended codes it the 'Raw' form (0000) instead of the 'Short' form (900A). What you want are codes in the Raw form to which you can make the changes I note in the above link.
