I've made a huge mistake. Here's the setup. I have a Yamaha RX-V471 and a DirectTV RC65x. For years my remote WAS able to power toggle. I could turn my receiver both on and off using the PWR button.

A few days ago, I got greedy. I decided to see if another code would allow me to change the AV input. This was stupid. Now, I can't find any code that will allow me to go back to power toggle and I'm stuck with this "only on" or "only off" situation.

What drives me nuts is that I am absolutely certain that my D* remote did power on AND off my Yamaha RX-V471. I've gone through all the yamaha codes and whatever old code I had doesn't seem to be there anymore.

Edmund or Ernie... Please help!
