I just did some Life Fitness equipment that had an HDMI input on the TV. We had to take apart the panels on the machines and route the HDMI cables carefully through the machines. We hid the DM room boxes under the machines. There are no discrete inputs. Couldn't control it CEC either. The only thing I could do was get the remote for the TV's and get into the installer setup and change the input to always power on to the Hi-def input. That's what they call it in there menu. We set the timeouts for inactivity to four hours. Each TV has to manually get powered on from the side of the TV. They still send video to the displays from a touch panel along with the rest of the TV's that aren't on the machines.
