Never hear of those Mac. If you do headphones, mount a sacrificial cable to the TV and fixed the jack end to the machine somehow.
Hoping the display has a headphone jack (audio from the HDMI connection). Whether we get discrete or not we can learn the volume up/down commands. If not we can always find a spot in the console to pilot a hole and make our own jack using one of these guys.
