I know that support for this remote has now ceased.
Bought a couple a year ago brand new, only just decided to program them up.
First one set up fine, second one allows program to be downloaded to it from the PC, but when I disconnect the USB lead, the remote screen locks on the 'USB Connected' display.
Does anyone know of a method of resetting to Factory Defaults?
