Hi everyone,
As part of my senior project for my B.S. E.E. degree, I'm re-imagining the traditional universal remote. As part of this, I've created drivers for my device that allow it to communicate with both the NEC and MCE protocols. As part of my final demo, I want to have as many devices as possible being controlled by it, but due to limited time I cannot create more IR drivers (yet).
So, to make a long story short, can anybody recommend some cheap ($50 or less) home entertainment devices that use the MCE or NEC ir protocols, have discrete power codes, and that I can easily find the hex codes for? Even just an ebay link would be very helpful, or a mention of something you have at home!
As a side note, I already have an Xbox 360 and LG TV I can control.
