The keypads wear out. You can open the remote and try to clean any obvious debris, but as far as I know there's no lasting fix for revitalizing a contact once it starts to wear. I wish URC would just sell us some blank keypads, and we could keep these things running. Even $125 is too much money IMO for a problem that could be so easily DIY fixed.
